Terms & Conditions Poker Now — Rights & Responsibilities of Malaysian Players

By accessing or using the platform Poker Now in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding and enforceable agreement between you as the user ("Player" or "You") and Poker Now as the platform operator ("We" or "Platform"). This agreement takes effect from the first date you access any part of the platform and remains in force until your account is terminated or closed.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform Poker Now. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances or bonuses.

By registering, you agree to:

All financial transactions at Poker Now operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal processing times are within 1–3 business days, though most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

• All withdrawals are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit to prevent money laundering.
• Poker Now reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.
• Funds deposited using unauthorised methods or on behalf of another person will be frozen and returned.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Poker Now — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal special offers — are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus of up to RM500 carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus claim only once for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other players and cannot be converted to any other currency.
• The maximum bet during an active bonus is RM200 per round unless otherwise stated.
• Poker Now reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse.

Poker Now reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to the terms of an active bonus will be communicated via email or an in-account notification.

All games available at Poker Now — including Live Baccarat, Roulette, Poker, Lottery, Table Games, Slots, and E-Sports — are conducted in accordance with the respective game rules established by the game providers and Poker Now. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. No appeals will be entertained based on a player's misunderstanding of the rules.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, active bets will be settled based on the game result recorded at the time of the disruption.
• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness in every round.
• Any technical error that gives a player an unfair advantage — even if unintentional — does not guarantee a valid win, and Poker Now reserves the right to void any related transactions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform Poker Now and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and appropriate legal action:

• Multiple accounts: Owning, using, or registering more than one account in any capacity.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any software, scripts, or automation tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing card information during live poker games.
• Money laundering: Using the Poker Now platform for any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using false information to fraudulently claim bonuses.
• Exploiting technical errors: Exploiting bugs, software errors, or unintentional game configuration mistakes.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to use your account, or using someone else's account.

Poker Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time with reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from law enforcement agencies.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Poker Now support team. For accounts closed at the player's request:

• Any valid fund balance (excluding unredeemed bonuses) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the last deposit.
• The closure and fund return process takes 3–7 business days.
• Accounts closed due to serious violations are not eligible for a refund until the investigation is concluded.

All content on the platform Poker Now — including design, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — are the exclusive property of Poker Now and are protected under copyright laws applicable in Malaysia.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Poker Now is strictly prohibited.
• Using the "Poker Now" brand name or logo in any promotional materials, social media, or websites without official authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Poker Now is not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, or technical delays beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no implied warranties regarding profits or specific outcomes.

Poker Now's maximum total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian law.

Poker Now fully committed to the principles of responsible gambling. Our platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible to every player through their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can comfortably afford.
• Session Loss Limit: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a single session or within a given time period.

• Play Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
